Stress:

I have had alot of stress that I have had to deal with in my lifetime. I know that most will have stress as that is a part of life. When I don’t deal with the stress it becomes a build up and then the anxiety takes over. I would use distractions to try and cover it up but as I got older, I have learned to just decompress and find ways to deal with the stress in a more logical way. I no longer let it become built up, so my anxiety for the most part is controlled now.

Ways to Decompress that will help you: Listen to music, stay away from negative people, read a book, relax and think of ways to handle what’s bothering you, take a bath, get in the car and go for a long drive,or talk to a trusted friend or family member.
